Ages 8-11 years

Children discover Hatha yoga through stretching, interactive exercise games, partner poses, breathing techniques, guided visualization, relaxation, and creative expression.  

Middle School Yoga

Yoga Classes for the big kids  Ages 12 and up

Hatha yoga with beginning Vinyasya flow mixed with yoga theory, partner poses, breathing exercises, relaxation, practice of Savasana, and closing circle.
